It is an honor to serve the people of our hometown, Gainesville, Florida and create harmony between nature and the human experience. From attention to detail in design and workmanship, to anticipating and quickly fulfilling the needs of our clients with an attitude of gratitude – we take our reputation seriously.
Harmony Habitats balance human wellbeing with a connection to nature. While taking care of the core functions of the residence, the Soul must be considered. This is accomplished through Feng Shui and flow of energy principles. It is of utmost importance for the habitat to have a relationship with nature, the community inside the quarters, and with those around it. For example, connections to nature such as windows and porches, paint colors that promote mental wellbeing, well insulated walls to promote quiet areas, privacy and/or openness as the habitat calls for in the form of fences, shrubbery or open spaces inside and out.
Elliot Larkin
Elliot will get it done. As Managing Director of Harmony Habitats for over 8 years, as a Building Contractor, CBC1265032, he has served as project coordinator on over 20 renovations and construction of over 10 houses and duplexes. He is a Realtor with Florida Homes Realty & Mortgage Property Management and also manages over 30 properties in Gainesville. As a real estate investor himself, he understands what it takes to sustainably and efficiently manage investment properties. Customer service is of utmost importance, ensuring each tenant has their needs met is Elliot’s greatest pride.
Evan is a craftsman and contractor. With the mind of a physicist and an eye for detail he manages subcontractors with a firm grip – overseeing the creative aspect and construction of our projects. He will not waver from his intuition and the work that needs to be done. He also has an ambition driving him to bigger and broader projects. Sticking to Harmony Habitats mission, Evan is dedicated to delivering a quality product to our clients.
